I was recently back in Delmar and was bummed at the appearance of the water tower, rusted with a spaghetti-like group of cables and antennas. Quite a downgrade from the pristine silver water tower that served as a great canvas for BC graffiti artists with the guts/idiocy to scale the tower and paint the graduating class’s year of graduation. I can’t remember who the 67 artists were-but kudos to them. If you do know their identity, please don’t post it here in case the statute of limitations has not passed, or they want to remain anonymous.
